The staff were kind and good and always had a smile.

The staff - kind and courteous. Great and fantastic location close to mall, and 15 minute walk from Tamaki Maori Village. And next to a shopping centre and all sorts of eateries, supermarket & town and the downtown area.

I greatly enjoyed nice cozy room in this hotel.
I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was second to none. The staff were all amicable, accommodating. My room included central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The bathroom was excellent and clean. This hotel was located in a central area right by a large supermarket and a short walk to the main shopping/restaurant area and a big mall and a short drive to all the key tourist spots.

The location of the hotel was comfortable and handy - at a medium distance from Tamaki Maori Village. Our queen studio was well-maintained with a separate bedroom and good views.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a pet and family friendly hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I particularly loved the rooms with good showers and the lovely balcony shaded by a huge tree. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast that was great value for money.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was splendid.

Super friendly and accommodating staff that liked their guests. The location was good and absolutely perfect, for example, Polynesian Spa was not too far away from the hotel. Plus, it was not far from mall and town as well as the supermarket.

We have stayed in many motels and hotels in many countries and this is one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The quality of the accommodation was excellent value for money. The owners were very friendly and we will stay again when we next visit Rotorua.

Location
I was next to Laundry where people washed all night and near swim pool where noise went on through all hours of night. I had to sleep on a bed which was a lounge during the day, I thought it was supposed to be 2bedroom. It was not four star so thought it was overprized. Our room was on the bottom floor where everyone walked past and looked in. It was not an enjoyable stay at all

The owner of this place is fantastic and does a great job running the hotel; our accommodation here is conveniently located in the central area, and we especially enjoyed the proximity of Columbus Coffee, which had delicious treats.
